By accessing or using the Central Dispatch platform and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Central Dispatch provides a self-managed marketplace connecting shippers and carriers for vehicle transportation. We facilitate listings, bids, dispatches, and related tools. We do not transport vehicles ourselves.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

4. Transactions and Fees

Transactions between shippers and carriers are agreements between those parties. Platform fees and subscription terms are set out in your plan and on the Plans page. Payment terms apply as specified at the time of use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Central Dispatch and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction conducted through it.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
