Our Commitment
Central Dispatch values the security of our platform and our users. We welcome reports from security researchers and the community to help us identify and fix vulnerabilities.
How to Report
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us responsibly. Send details to our team via Contact Us, selecting a topic related to security or using the email in the footer. Include a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any impact assessment. Do not disclose the vulnerability publicly before we have had a chance to address it.
What to Expect
We will acknowledge your report and work to validate and address the issue. We ask that you give us reasonable time to fix the vulnerability before any public disclosure. We do not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith and follow this policy.
Out of Scope
Testing that could harm users or the service (e.g., denial of service, data destruction) is out of scope. Please do not access or modify data that is not your own without authorization.
